Notifications

Categories

Each notification belongs to a category:

• Review requested — a PR is waiting for your review
• Review submitted — someone reviewed your PR
• CI status — checks passed or failed on your PR
• Comment — someone commented on a PR you're involved in
• State change — a PR became merged, closed, or had a conflict

Per-event toggles

Settings → Notifications. Each category has an independent toggle. Disabled categories never fire, even if Pronto detects the event.

Custom vs system notifications

• Custom (default) — rich in-app popups with swipe-to-dismiss, dedup, and grouping
• System — macOS native notifications. Less rich, but interoperate with Focus modes

You can switch modes in Settings → Notification style.
